Christina McGuire
Christina McGuire has over 10 years experience in organizational development. Her experience ranges from start-up companies to international companies in the industries of technology, manufacturing, financial services, and the U.S. Military. Christina works with all levels of leadership on development strategies to support growth, performance and profitability. She is noted for her high energy, insight and training abilities.
Christina holds an undergraduate degree in management and human resources from the University of Florida. She holds a MHR degree from the University of Oklahoma with a concentration in training and development.
Christina has taught as an adjunct professor in the undergraduate business program at the University of Phoenix. She also holds training certifications from Achieve Global leadership series, TDF, DiSC and Eagles Flight. She has developed training programs in the areas of leadership, leading change, performance management, talent management, HR strategies, emotional intelligence, and creating and sustaining organizational culture.
